As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing workflows, driving integration initiatives, and scaling our ambassador and affiliate programs.
Role Overview :
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational workflows that support patient care delivery via telemedicine. The candidate will lead the integration of Salesforce with UBI Telehealth’s software, ensuring a cohesive and efficient operational environment. Additionally, the Operations Manager will spearhead the development and implementation of the company’s ambassador and affiliate programs, contributing to the growth of UBI Telehealth’s brand and service offerings.
Key Responsibilities :
Operations & Workflow Management :
- Oversee and streamline telemedicine patient care workflows to ensure operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and the technology team to troubleshoot operational challenges and implement improvements.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for telehealth operations.
Salesforce Integration :
Lead the integration of Salesforce with UBI Telehealth’s software to enhance customer relationship management and operational tracking.Collaborate with IT and software teams to design and implement custom Salesforce workflows tailored to telehealth needs.Train team members on Salesforce functionalities and ensure ongoing support for smooth adoption.Ambassador & Affiliate Program Operationalization :
Design and implement strategies to recruit, onboard, and support ambassadors and affiliates to promote UBI Telehealth services.Monitor program performance, providing insights and recommendations for scaling and optimization.Establish clear KPIs for program success and report on progress to leadership.Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Act as the liaison between departments, ensuring alignment of operational goals with company objectives.Partner with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to drive patient acquisition and retention initiatives.Support compliance with healthcare regulations and telemedicine best practices.Data Analysis & Reporting :
Analyze operational metrics and identify opportunities for process optimization.Generate reports on operational performance, Salesforce integration outcomes, and program successes for executive review.Qualifications : Required :
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.3 years of experience in operations management, preferably within healthcare or telehealth.Proven experience with Salesforce integration and workflow design.Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Preferred :
Knowledge of telemedicine technology and workflows.Experience in managing ambassador or affiliate programs.Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).Skills :
