We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Marketer to join our commercial healthcare marketing team. This mid-level position is ideal for someone passionate about B-to-B demand generation, and eager to make an impact. You will play a key role in driving qualified leads to support our sales pipeline through targeted marketing strategies and campaigns.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development: With support of Sr. Marketing Manager, responsible for creating and executing multi-channel lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing.
- Lead Nurturing: Develop strategies to engage and nurture prospects throughout the customer journey, utilizing email workflows, retargeting, and personalized content.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost-per-lead (CPL) to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- CRM Management: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are properly tracked and nurtured through our CRM tool.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on landing pages, email templates, and advertisements to determine the most effective approaches for driving engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Market Research: Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, competitor strategies, and new marketing technologies to identify opportunities for innovation in lead generation tactics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in lead generation, or a similar role
- Deep understanding of lead generation concepts and demand generation funnels.
- Self-starter, comfort experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact), and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and paid social media campaigns.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge/skills/experience - content marketing and inbound marketing techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial healthcare experience preferred.
