This role is based in Bakersfield, CA.
What you"ll do
Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in implementing treatment plans.
Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of the SLP.
Prepare therapy materials and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Monitor and document client progress during therapy sessions.
Collaborate with the SLP to adjust treatment plans as needed.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals.
Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality policies.
Qualifications
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
Experience working in a speech therapy setting is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with the SLP and other team members.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
The pay range for this role is :
35 - 45 USD per hour(Bakersfield, CA)
