Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Resident Care Assistant in Scranton, PA. As a Resident Care Assistant, you’ll support older adults experiencing temporary housing insecurity. This role involves assisting guests with daily activities, offering companionship, and ensuring a nurturing environment for their well-being.
Qualifications
- Experience in elder care, healthcare, or caregiving preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and compassion in assisting elderly residents
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
