Job Title
Business Development Representative
Summary of Duties
- Use your clinical experience to present our Behavioral Health services to Primary Care decision-makers and Insurance payors, showcasing your understanding and building strong partnerships.
- Prospect Behavioral Health referrals within the Primary Care community.
- Manage the sales pipeline to drive business development.
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to establish and nurture relationships.
- Embrace a non-selling, listening-focused approach to identify and address the challenges faced by potential clients, offering solutions to meet their needs.
Role Structure
This role offers flexibility with both part-time and full-time options, featuring a base plus commission compensation model.
Full-time on-target earnings range from $100,000 to $120,000 annually.
Our standard practice hours are between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. CST Mondays through Saturdays with flexibility in scheduled days and hours.
This position is hybrid with travel requirements for in-person meetings in Orlando, Florida.
Qualifications
- Bilingual candidates preferred.
- Past experience in Behavioral Health and Primary Care clinical practices.
- Ability to independently identify and secure appointments.
- Technologically proficient and familiar with various platforms including Microsoft suite (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Power Point), HubSpot, Leading Reach, and LinkedIn.
- Willingness to travel up to 33% for in-person meetings in Orlando.
