The ideal candidate will start with a patient caseload for the first couple of months and then transition into a part-time supervisory role. The candidate must demonstrate high proficiency in all provider-related areas before moving into the role of supervising LPC-A providers who are already working at TVH. The supervisory role includes managing documentation necessary for LPC-A licensing requirements.

Qualifications
- 1 year of supervisory experience, including both individual and group supervision
- 5 years of clinical experience
- Valid Texas license
- Telehealth experience is a plus
- Experience using an EMR system
- Experience in a hospital, outpatient clinic, or private practice setting
- Experience with working with insurance reimbursement
- Manage a caseload of patients and provide high-quality counseling services.
- Transition into a supervisory role after demonstrating proficiency in provider-related areas.
- Provide supervision to other counselors, both individually and in groups, for about 2-4 hours to start.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Utilize EMR systems for documentation and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling.
