Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
- Timely reporting of any violations to HR department.
- Delagation of financial duties to the Finance Staff.
- Communicating to any changes to different departments.
- Education: Graduate degree in Accountancy or Finance.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial management role.
- Certifications: Must hold a relevant financial certification.
