IT Intern

Overview

TeleWorld Solutions is seeking an IT Intern to support our IT team with entry-level tasks and contribute to ongoing IT projects. This role provides hands-on experience in IT project management, data analytics, policy review, and process development. The intern will assist in various IT-related initiatives, gaining practical experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Project Analytics: Assist in gathering and analyzing data from IT projects, providing insights for project performance and optimization
• Policy Review: Participate in reviewing and updating IT policies to ensure they align with current business practices and compliance standards.
• Process Development: Collaborate with the team to develop and refine IT processes, helping to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
• User Test Case Development: Help create, execute, and document user test cases for new system features or processes, ensuring thorough testing and issue resolution.
• IT Initiatives Support: Assist with the rollout of new IT projects, including troubleshooting technical issues, providing user support, and ensuring smooth implementation.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT processes, policies, and project progress, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accessible.
• System Monitoring: Assist with monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues before they escalate, escalating when necessary.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
•  Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
•  Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software.
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
•  Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
•  Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
