TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist with expertise in ADP to manage and process payroll operations accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining employee payroll records. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of payroll software, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay Range: $65,000/Yr - $70,000/Yr

Responsibilities
• Process payroll for employees on bi-weekly basis using ADP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in pay rates or benefits.• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.• Calculate wages, overtime, deductions, and benefits contributions.• Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management and accounting teams.• Address employee payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.• Process tax filings, garnishments, and other deductions.• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to streamline payroll processes.• Stay updated on labor laws and payroll best practices.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to visit the Chantilly office as needed for correspondence support.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Human Resources or related field, but experience and/or other training/certification may be substituted for the education.• Experience working with ADP payroll systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, ADP Run, etc.)..• A minimum of two years of experience in payroll preferred.• Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.• Extensive knowledge of payroll and applicable laws.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.• Knowledge and experience with US Federal and state tax laws.
