OSP Project Managers & OSP Construction Foreman
THESE ARE FULL-TIME & DIRECT HIRE POSITIONS
Work is in Richmond, VA
Pay range from $32 to $40 an hour
Responsible for managing 3-5 crew members on a day-to-day
Hold daily meetings before beginning work.
Take pictures of all phases of the job completed
Coordinates with contractors, public utilities, third parties
Point of contact for all construction activity throughout the market
Maintains and monitors the safety conditions of internal staff and contractors.
Ability to create & monitor detailed project budget & close jobs
