REA-RUS Senior OSP Manager

Direct Hires, Full time positions

Work is based in Lubbock, TX

Hourly pay range $45-$48/hr overtime DOE

Annual bonuses available

Must relocate to Lubbock, TX-sign in bonus available

Oversees and drives the delivery of the overall OSP FTTH project

Manage a team of Fiber Engineers and Designers

Must have 10 years of experience managing OSP FTTH Construction projects

RUS-REA Construction experience required

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams)

Experience with AutoCAD, Google Earth, or GIS platforms is a plus

Preferred qualifications: Professional Engineer (PE) or MBA
