- Assist with order entry and processing
- Provide customer support via phone and email
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure efficient office operations by organizing files and documents
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Clerk or in a similar role
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
This position is for a small office environment in an auto salvage and used auto parts store with frequent customer interactions.
