As the Billing Analyst for our Fire and Safety division your responsibilities include:
- Access/Analyze completion reports & vendor invoices in Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Verify information in 3rdparty websites
- Review & verify invoices for accuracy, completion, pricing, billing requirements & customer contracts

Qualifications
Your Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Associates degree or specialized training/experience in Science, Fire Science, or Business Administration is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook and strong Excel skills is required
- Previous experience working in the fire protection and life safety industry a strong plus.
- Previous billing, Microsoft Dynamics AX, D365, Excel, customer service preferred
