Description
Telgian is looking for a hands-on Dispatcher to manage the Vendor assignments to all reactive service orders for all customer locations in his or her designated region.
The Dispatcher performs the following:
- Review and dispatch all open service orders
- Place outbound phone calls to ensure vendor acceptance
- Building relationships with Vendors
- Negotiate pricing details based on Customer contracts

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor degree a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
