Description
SUMMARY: Plans and manages a program’s strategy and main objectives and assesses its impact on a company. They are responsible for coordinating multiple projects that are used to meet a program’s main goals. An Onsite Account Manager oversees the entire process and offers strategic guidance to Operational Managers while ensuring proper communication between interdependent teams in the company and the client.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct end to end impact analysis of business, process, and systems changes relative to the operational and customer experience impacts.
- Serve as liaison between the center operations and Supplier’s technology and telephony resources, center technology and telephony resources.
- Be knowledgeable and experienced in the general day to day contact center operations in addition to having project management experience.
- Some college and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification are desirable.
- Plan for operationalization of the business, process and/or system changes across training curriculum, training deliver, QA, reporting, volume and AHT impact estimates, etc.
Qualifications
- Directly supervises 5-15 employees within the Account Management department(s).
- Previous Management experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer skills required; Microsoft Office Suite; Microsoft Dynamics D365/AX preferred.
- Experience required; Customer Service in a Call Center or B2B Environment, Work Order Management, Fire Protection Knowledge.
