Position Summary :
Telhio's Member Service Representatives interact with members to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. They create welcoming, friendly environment by warmly greeting and assisting members with opening new products and services as well as identifying and assessing member's needs to achieve satisfaction. The focus of the Member Service Representative is to build rapport with members deepening the relationship in order to cross sell products and services and ensure the level of service meets set expectations.
What you will do :
- Process Financial Transactions for Members and Non-Members
- Inform Members about Products & Services other than those requested, including current promotions, based on each member's financial information learned during interactions
- Deepen existing relationships by informing members about : Investment referrals, Acquiring Assets, Mortgage referrals, Loan referral Strategy, Sub-Share and Deposit Accounts, Business Service referrals
- Establish New Member Relationships
- Open and Close Accounts : HSA's, Money Market Accounts, Visa Accounts, Checking Accounts, Saving Accounts, CD's, Trusts, IRA's, Estates, Business Accounts, Close Consumer Loans, and Home Equity loans
- Transitioning members and prospects for loan needs to our inbound loan center
- Comply with all applicable Telhio policies and procedures, internal controls, and Federal, State and Local regulations applicable
- Contributes toward achieving Branch Goals & Objectives
- Assisting other team members when possible
- Showing flexibility and taking initiative
