Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; additional education or certifications in construction management preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience on MEP construction projects, with at least 2 years of direct work experience as a construction project superintendent or similar supervisory role
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations, as well as construction materials, methods, and equipment
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools
