Responsibilities :
- Oversee the service department by managing the schedule and ordering parts
- Review inspection reports from technicians
- Manage technician time
- Maintain a line of communication with the customer regarding the progress / status of their vehicle
- Support staffing decisions
- Timecard management
- Shop engagement and camaraderie
Store Manager is a key contributor to the team, collaborating with vendors, suppliers, and parts departments to improve the overall performance and profitability of the business.
Required
Automotive service, maintenance and repairs
Retail management including sales management and shift supervision
