Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for current and new clients, and are expected to provide top-tier support to all our customers. TellerWifi is a locally owned and operated internet company in Woodland Park, and we are known for our exceptional service and attentiveness to customers.
We are searching for an individual who has strong communication skills, a willingness to learn and grow, and is a great team-player. If you are comfortable with technology and general internet troubleshooting, that is a plus, but not a requirement.
This position will be in-office Monday-Friday and starting pay is $16-$18 depending on experience, with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Schedule various appointments for our technicians.
- Use our Trajectory Analysis Tool to confirm connectability inquiries.
- Assist customers with basic troubleshooting via phone.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate client records.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while managing challenging situations.
