Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices.
- Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and ingredients; assist with ordering as needed.
- Package finished products for display or sale, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menu items.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in catering events as required, providing baked goods that meet customer specifications.
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred.

- Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential.
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment, including ovens, mixers, and various baking tools (e.g., knives).
