Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Promote positive interactions with Food and Beverage staff.
- Ensure all food items are stored, prepared, and served according to
- Supervise kitchen food preparation, ensuring quality, temperature, and
- Manage inventory levels, conduct scheduled inventories, and maintain order
- Implement and enforce proper food handling and sanitation techniques.
- Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils,
- Plan food production schedules to align with peak meal service hours.
- Maintain a neat and clean kitchen, food storage, and cooler areas at all times.
- Train kitchen employees on the safe operation of equipment and adherence to
- Conduct regular food temperature checks before service and throughout shifts.

- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
