Position Overview:
- We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to join our team. The Manufacturing Operations Coordinator will be responsible for performing precision soldering tasks, conducting inspections under a microscope and manual assemblies.
- This role requires great attention to detail, excellent focus, and a professional attitude. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, are preferred for documenting and reporting production data. Experience working in a clean room environment is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate automated production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform precision soldering tasks with accuracy and precision.
- Work under a microscope to assemble and inspect small components.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Document production activities and report any issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
- Handle small parts effectively.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Precision soldering skills and ability to work with small parts.
- Experience in operating production machinery is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to perform inspections and ensure quality standards are met.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with inspection tools such as microscopes.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 per hour
