Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead ERP technology programs from planning to execution.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.), cloud migrations, and large-scale technology implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end ERP implementation programs.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource planning.
- Work with stakeholders to align business goals with technology solutions.
- Oversee technical teams, vendors, and system integrators.
- Ensure successful ERP migration, integrations, and customizations.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and IT policies.
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10 years of experience in ERP program management.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, or Workday.
- Experience in cloud migrations and digital transformation projects.
- Hands-on expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMP, or PRINCE2).
- Strong understanding of ERP integrations, data migration, and security.
