Shift Schedule:
Saturday & Sunday 11:00AM- 11:00PM
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure accuracy and quality of all including picking, packing, loading, and transportation.
- Manage and approve schedules for outbound carriers.
- Liaise with outbound carriers to ensure accurate shipment handoff and data processing.
- Prepare loads, schedule Less-than-Truckload (LTL) shipments, stack pallets, wrap, and load goods.
- Oversee the process for dunnage, tape & seal, and shipment label accuracy.
- Complete and maintain DOT HazMat Certification and ensure staff training.
- Identify and resolve issues related to discrepancies, system processing, and operational challenges.
- Record, monitor, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) per contract Service Level Agreements (SLAs); collaborate with management to resolve performance issues.
- Ensure adherence to department processes and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Safeguard warehouse operations by monitoring security protocols.
- Drive process improvements and standardization within the warehouse, including employee training.
- Lead safety initiatives, ensuring the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Recruit, train, evaluate, and provide leadership and coaching to the site-based team.

Qualifications and Experience:
- 5 years of management and/or leadership experience in logistics.
- Undergraduate degree preferred, or relevant experience in a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement experience is a plus.
- Experience with Dangerous Goods shipping is a plus.
