Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and medical history.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and outcomes.
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and MDS (Minimum Data Set) for effective patient assessments.
- Assist with medical imaging procedures as needed.
- Support home community care initiatives for patients transitioning from inpatient settings.
- Implement airway management techniques when necessary.
- Work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities to provide tailored nursing care.
Experience
Candidates should have a valid Registered Nurse license and relevant clinical experience in inpatient settings. Familiarity with medical terminology, MDS documentation, and systems related to healthcare delivery is essential. Experience in home community care is preferred. The ability to lift patients safely and effectively is required. Knowledge of airway management techniques is also beneficial. A passion for working with diverse populations, including individuals with developmental disabilities, will be an asset in this role.

Pay: $51.45 - $53.57 per hour
