We are seeking a detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team. The Transportation Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate transportation routes for drivers
- Monitor transportation costs and maintain budgetary compliance
- Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and customers to ensure efficient delivery schedules
- Track and report on transportation metrics such as on-time delivery performance
- Resolve any transportation-related issues or delays promptly
- Monitor roadways via CCTV surveillance cameras and detection systems
