Base pay range

75,000.00 / yr - $85,000.00 / yr

GovSG is looking for a Video Teleconference Technician to support on-site work at NIWC PAC in San Diego, CA.

Position Duties

The successful candidate will need to have an understanding of VTC hardware / software and system operation on RDT&E networks and will perform communications support for Integrated Services Digital Network, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) networks, Defense Collaboration Services (DCS), and commercial interconnects.
Additional support includes experience with Cryptographic equipment hardware / software installation, designing, firmware upgrades, Cryptographic Keying Material loading, testing, and troubleshooting.
Candidate will be regularly interfacing with Engineers and Leadership at Naval Information Warfare Pacific at multiple locations.
Candidate will be required to operate a government vehicle.
Other duties as assigned.

Position Required

Two (2) years of demonstrated experience in support of the design, installation, configuration, operation and troubleshooting of hardware systems for the purpose of maintaining both classified and unclassified VTC facilities.

Demonstrated experience with Electronic Key Management System (EKMS) Navy equipment and operation.

CompTIA Security certification.

CSWF II compliant.

Experience with Microsoft Teams.

Must be a US Citizen and possess a secret clearance.

High School Diploma.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with MS Teams and other video conferencing software.

Salary : $75,000.00 - $85,000.00. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
