Social Media & Content Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and creative social media and content manager to join our team. Telo Labs (telolabs.com) is a premier aesthetic clinic in New York specializing in medical skincare treatments ranging from expert injectables (botox, PRP, biostimulators) to high-tech devices (laser facials, laser skin resurfacing, radiofrequency microneedling).

The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty, wellness, and content creation, with a keen eye for aesthetic trends, consumer engagement, and brand storytelling. This role requires strong photography and editing skills, experience in social media strategy, and the ability to execute content campaigns across various platforms.

Estimated commitment: 12-16 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy Development

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the clinic’s brand, goals, and target audience.
• Identify content opportunities and create editorial calendars for blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and other digital touch-points.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring the content resonates with the latest medical aesthetics trends.

Content Creation

• Write and shoot engaging, informative, and on-brand content for TikTok, Instagram, our website, blogs, and other marketing materials.
• Oversee the production of high-quality visual content for both organic and paid social, collaborating with models / influencers, graphic designers, editors, and external marketing agencies.
• Craft persuasive content for service descriptions, patient testimonials, promotional campaigns, and treatment information.

Social Media Management & Partnerships

• Develop and manage content calendars for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Create engaging posts, stories, and videos that showcase clinic treatments, patient experiences, and educational content, in partnership with CEO and clinical team.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online community interactions to maintain positive brand reputation.
• Source and manage influencer partnerships.
• Plan and execute campaigns for promotions, launches, and events.
• Track and report on campaign performance with a focus on reach, traffic, and conversions.

Qualifications

Skills

• Self-starter with strong work ethic.
• Excellent understanding of how to create engaging content technical proficiency in shooting, editing (CapCut or equivalent), and proofreading content.
• Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and content optimization, as well as analytics tools.
• Strong creative vision with the ability to generate fresh, innovative content ideas.
• Knowledge and/or experience with aesthetic treatments, beauty trends, and wellness is highly desirable.
• Need to be on-site in Manhattan clinic 1 day per week

Experience

• Must be able to demonstrate a portfolio of relevant prior work, including their own Instagram or TikTok account
• Bachelor's degree or close to graduation
