A little about us…
Telogical Systems was established 20 years ago by a couple of entrepreneurs who were passionate about building a company that would delight customers, be a blessing to its employees, and benefit shareholders. That passion continues to drive us today!
True to our entrepreneurial roots, we are always looking for opportunities to leverage our capabilities in exciting new ways. Our latest service offering is aligned with the RPA space and operates under the name R-Path Automation.
R-Path Automation helps mid-sized businesses dramatically improve their operations, and consequently improve their employees’ experience, by transforming key business processes with Robotic Process Automation (aka RPA). We believe that every business has numerous tasks that people are responsible for today that, quite frankly, a computer should be doing instead. We design and deploy virtual bots to take care of those rote and mundane tasks so that employees can focus on work that is uniquely human: work that requires creativity, imagination, judgment, and relationships.
About the position…
The Power Automate Developer II role is focused on the successful planning and implementation of RPA projects. This is achieved through two, primary responsibilities as follows:
- Create and deliver RPA bots. You will utilize industry-leading RPA platforms (Microsoft Power Automate Desktop, Automation Anywhere primarily) to design, configure, test, deploy, and maintain bots that automate a wide variety of business processes.
- Take great care of our clients. As a part of the R-Path Service Delivery client team, you will interact directly with clients, primarily via email, and you will be responsible for making sure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
To be successful in this role, we anticipate the right candidate will possess the following attributes and capabilities:
- Quick learner – picks up on new concepts quickly and applies them just as fast
- Curious – demonstrates hunger for continuous improvement and learning
- Comfortable communicator – demonstrates solid communication skills, especially listening
- Puzzle solver – visualizes and breaks down complex problems and loves problem-solving, both independently and as part of a team
- Driven – strives for the best results, even when the going gets tough
- Trustworthy – makes sound judgment calls and demonstrates self-discipline
- Technical – understands technical things like programming languages, software applications (the Windows OS and Office 365, in particular), and process flow diagrams
- Efficient – effectively manages personal time and resources in a fast-paced, project-based work environment
In addition, we are looking for someone who has either earned an undergraduate degree in the sciences or has relevant work experience. We are seeking candidates with 2-4 years experience in RPA development, with a strong preference for those skilled in platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, or UiPath.
What’s in it for you?
Good question! In addition to joining our fantastic team, we offer the following:
- Employee-focused work environment that fosters open communication and great ideas
