We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to manage daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office in Sunrise, FL. This role is essential in coordinating administrative tasks, supporting various departments, and maintaining an efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office operations, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Manage scheduling, meetings, and communications between departments.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Assist with basic HR tasks such as onboarding and employee coordination.
  • Support financial and administrative processes, including invoice tracking.
  • Coordinate internal events, team meetings, and company-wide communications.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office administration or coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and other administrative tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a managerial or leadership support role.
  • Familiarity with accounting or HR processes is a plus.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
