- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline and 2 years relevant experience, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
- Security certification.
- An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
- The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship.
- Experience in security operations/incident response concepts and implementation and vulnerability management.
- Strong, detailed written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels is required.
- A professional attitude regarding attention to detail and customer service and excellent organizational skills is required.
- Proven ability to present complex, technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience and familiarity with the following technologies – notebooks/tablets/desktops/server platforms, biometrics devices, 802.11 architectures/components/configuration, Identity management and Access control architectures and systems, Windows 10/11 system administration, Android platforms
Preferred skills
- Familiarity with DOD ID card programs, processes, and technologies (CAC, PIV, HSPD-12).
- Imaging software tools and processes.
