Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Wage: $17.00/hour

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and office spaces, including tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and waste disposal to ensure a hygienic and welcoming environment.

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and office spaces, including tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and waste disposal to ensure a hygienic and welcoming environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean drinking fountains
- Clean furniture
- Vacuum carpets.
- Empty trash cans.
- Clean bathrooms, around toilet bowls and clean mirrors
- Refill toilet paper, paper towels & hand soap.
- Clean hallways & staircases.
- Clean dining room, shelves & microwave ovens
- Clean East & West Conference Rooms.
- Clean all windows.
- Wipe down ceiling vents on hallways
- Wipe down ceiling fans and floors.
- Wipe down blinds
- Dust desks, shelves & bookcases.
- Wipe down walls.
- Clean around corners of the dining room.
- Wipe down picture frames on hallways.
- Vacuum & mop the floor
- Clean the ceiling vents
- Deep clean necessary areas (Bathroom/student rooms)
- Replace mop heads daily, clean vacuums as needed
Qualifications:
- Organized, detail-oriented
- Friendly and positive personality
- Ability to work well with others and collaborate with each department.
- Able to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats
- Follow a daily, weekly, biweekly and monthly schedule
Salary : $17
