Life Wireless Field Territory Manager
WE ARE GROWING!!! Great direct hire opportunity for motivated Lifeline / ACP Field Territory Manager. Through federal and state government programs, we help qualified consumers receive free wireless service that includes a phone, talk time, text, and data - all free!
Salary Range : $40,000 to $50,000 Plus Bonus

Responsibility Highlights
Market our free Lifeline and ACP services in a positive, professional manner.
Oversee and manage 15 designated sites (mostly outdoor) by conducting site visits.
Ensure attendance, productivity, and compliance standards are consistently met.
Evaluate individual performance reviews and overall team effectiveness with upper management.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, communication, and organization skills.
Ensure assigned territory follows company and regulatory guidelines for subscriber enrollment.
Identify high foot-traffic areas to engage under-served markets across your territory.
Execute merchandising and marketing strategies.
Maintain inventory, supplies, and promotional material.
Account for product and activity with daily reports.
Qualification Highlights
Excellent interpersonal skills
Reliable and trustworthy
Previous remote management of 20 or more employees a plus
Proficient with smartphones and tablets
Ability to work independently.
Lifeline / ACP or outside sales experience a plus
Process, details, and results oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility to commute to different sites
Solid planning and organizational skills
Bilingual skills (English Spanish) a plus
Excellent command of the English language (read / write / speak)
Acceptable background and E-Verify work eligibility.
