We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Receptionist/ HR Admin. This is an in office role, based out of our Covington, GA office. This role will involve a combination of HR tasks and office management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Telrite Holdings is a privately held telecom headquartered in Covington, Ga approximately 30 miles east of downtown Atlanta with a secondary office located in Marietta, GA housing our IT and technical operations. Our brands include Pure Talk, H2O and Life Wireless and provide wireless services to a broad national customer spectrum utilizing the nation’s largest GSM networks. Responsibilities:

You will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include but not limited to greeting guests who visit the business, offer administrative support to the HR Department, and coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls and other duties as assigned.

Office Admin Tasks:

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by tenants and liaise with the building management company to resolve them.
  • Assign access badges to employees and maintain accurate records.
  • Create and issue photo access badges as required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including signing for deliveries.
  • Perform various other administrative duties as assigned.

HR Admin Tasks:

  • Communicate with the temp agency regarding the attendance and punctuality of temporary employees.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinate phone and in-house interviews for candidates.
  • Collaborate with corporate HR regarding announcements, and other relevant information
  • Participate with corporate HR management as needed.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of previous experience in HR or office management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in using office software and equipment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
