We are looking for a skilled Software Project Customer Interface Lead with experience being a scrum master to join our team and help us achieve our goals through effective Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Capture and document use cases, ensuring they are well-defined and understood by the team.
• Remove obstacles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure the team follows Agile principles and practices.
• Support the Product Owner in managing backlog items and priorities.
• Coach team members on Agile methodologies for improved performance.
• Track project progress using appropriate metrics like burndown charts.
• Maintain and update the Scrum board, ensuring all tasks are accurately tracked.
• Conduct regular analysis of burndown charts and other portfolio planning tools.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Proficient in tools like Jira or Trello for project tracking.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to capture and document use cases effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) with 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in software development or a related field.
• Familiarity with other Agile frameworks and methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
