Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
- Capture and document use cases, ensuring they are well-defined and understood by the team.
- Remove obstacles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the team follows Agile principles and practices.
- Support the Product Owner in managing backlog items and priorities.
- Coach team members on Agile methodologies for improved performance.
- Track project progress using appropriate metrics like burndown charts.
- Maintain and update the Scrum board, ensuring all tasks are accurately tracked.
- Conduct regular analysis of burndown charts and other portfolio planning tools.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Proficient in tools like Jira or Trello for project tracking.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to capture and document use cases effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) with 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in software development or a related field.
- Familiarity with other Agile frameworks and methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
