Key Responsibilities
Systems Analysis & Troubleshooting:
- Review, analyze, and evaluate IT systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Perform root cause analysis, defect triaging, and troubleshooting across lower environments, ORT (Operational Readiness Testing), and Production.
- Identify, document, track, and resolve system issues efficiently.
Technical Expertise & Development Support:
- Work with web services, SQL databases, REST/SOAP APIs, and log monitoring tools like Splunk to diagnose and resolve system issues.
- Provide guidance and technical expertise on projects related to data sourcing, back-office applications, and customer-facing systems.
- Support the development team in translating business requirements into formal technical deliverables.
Stakeholder & Project Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison between business users and engineering/development teams.
- Gather and analyze user requirements, recommending improvements to existing systems.
- Research and recommend strategies for enhancing IT systems, automated solutions, and technical interfaces.
- Participate in system design discussions and ensure alignment between business goals and technology implementation.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in IT systems analysis, technical consulting, or business analysis.
- Strong background in SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
- Experience with Splunk or other log monitoring/troubleshooting tools.
- Hands-on experience with root cause analysis, defect triaging, and system troubleshooting.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally with development, QA, and business teams.
- Experience in enterprise IT environments involving system integration and process optimization.
