Independently Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LPC, etc) -
100% On-Site
(Contract part-time ; 3 hours weekly; M-F regular office hours with some flexibility)

TELUS Health is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. Our team is seeking a licensed mental health professional for a part-time, onsite contract position providing Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to the workforce in the local community. The ideal candidate will deliver short-term, solution-focused therapy and assessments, helping employees navigate personal and professional challenges through brief interventions and skill-building approaches. Must have experience in workplace wellness, and the ability to provide focused, results-oriented counseling within an EAP framework.

Provide on-site short term solution focused counseling to our client's employees in Houston (zip code: 77002)
How You Will Make a Difference:
- Provide on-site short-term solution focused counseling to promote well-being in the workplace
- Manage a varied caseload, adapted to different types of clients and consultation reasons
What you bring:
The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and organized. They enjoy versatility and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency. Structured in their approach, they know how to prioritize responsibilities and maintain a high level of performance in all activities.
- Master’s / Doctorate Degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work or related field
- Independently licensed in North Carolina & able to practice without supervision
- Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience
- EAP experience or short-term solution focused counseling highly preferred
- Experience working with lawyers highly preferred
