About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Product Development to lead the development of innovative and aesthetically pleasing structures that conceal 5G wireless equipment and its components. This critical role will oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept and design to manufacturing and market launch. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of 5G technology, manufacturing processes, and a strong track record of successful product launches.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for 5G network concealment solutions.
- Collaborate closely with 3rd party developers, in-house engineering teams, and cross-functional departments (e.g., marketing, sales, operations) to ensure successful product launches and develop and cultivate a robust ecosystem of partnerships with providers of complementary technologies to enhance the capabilities of small cells and kiosks.
- Define product requirements, specifications, and timelines.
- Oversee the design, prototyping, and testing of new product concepts and deliver cost-effective and visually appealing solutions that meet our client's customers' performance and functionality requirements while providing the best possible value.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities and address emerging challenges.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry associations.
- Drive continuous improvement in product development processes and methodologies.
- Manage the product development budget and resources effectively.
