The Role:
This is a key position at TelyRx, and the work you do will directly shape our future. As our eCommerce Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the development, optimization, and strategic direction of our online store and digital products. Your primary focus will be on maximizing value and outcomes, embracing a vision that ensures that every feature, update, and initiative delivers measurable results for both our patients and the business.
You’ll collaborate closely with the broader team to create and refine digital experiences that make it easy for our customers to access the medications they need. From product concept to launch, your strategic vision, data-driven approach, and customer-centric mindset will ensure we continue to improve the way we serve our patients.

Requirements:What You’ll Do:
? Generate user stories to lead the product development process for our eCommerce platform, ensuring alignment with our mission and take decisive action to deliver maximum value for our patients and the business.
? Define and prioritize a clear vision and product roadmap with a clear focus on outcomes and value delivery, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, tech, marketing) to create an intuitive, seamless, and secure shopping experience that drives conversion and customer satisfaction.
? Stay ahead of market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
? Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring features and initiatives are clearly defined and prioritized to maximize impact.
? Use data and analytics to measure the success of initiatives, optimize processes, and inform future decisions.
? Champion the patient experience, ensuring that every feature and update supports our mission of improving access to healthcare by removing unnecessary barriers.
Who You Are:
? You’re passionate about eCommerce and improving healthcare access, and excited to contribute to a mission that makes a real difference in people’s lives.
? You are proactive, confident, and not afraid to pick up the phone to connect directly with people. You thrive on building strong, collaborative relationships and know that great communication is key to achieving success.
? You have at least 3-5 years of experience as a product owner or product manager in an eCommerce or digital product environment, with a track record of delivering successful product launches and measurable outcomes.
? You’re focused on maximizing value and outcomes and understand how to balance business objectives with patient needs to drive meaningful results.
? You’re a strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
? You have a strong understanding of UX design, user flow & wireframes, and know how to prioritize features that will delight customers and drive business growth.
? You’re an excellent communicator who can clearly articulate product visions, goals, and progress across teams.
