About the Role :

The SEO Product Manager will bridge the gap between technical SEO, marketing strategy, and e-commerce operations. This role will focus on driving organic search performance, optimizing e-commerce functionalities, and enhancing customer experiences. As a key member of the marketing team, you will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure alignment and measurable results. Experience with the Magento Open Source platform is critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and enhance user experience.
Manage on-site and off-site SEO efforts, including keyword optimization, content creation, backlink strategies, and technical audits.
Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and goals.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure website changes are SEO-friendly and support marketing objectives.
Optimize e-commerce functionalities and customer journeys using the Magento Open Source platform.
Analyze website performance data using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools, providing actionable insights.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the search landscape.
Monitor and report on SEO performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and manage a content strategy that aligns with SEO best practices and marketing team priorities.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and emerging tools / technologies.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

3 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related role, with demonstrated success in e-commerce environments.

Proficiency with the Magento Open Source platform and a strong understanding of its e-commerce capabilities.

Experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.

Strong familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms.

Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, development, and product teams to achieve shared goals.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for translating data into actionable strategies.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Understanding of healthcare or pharmaceutical e-commerce is preferred but not required.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
