About the Role:
We are seeking a Graphic Designer who is passionate about visual storytelling and eager to make an impact in the healthcare industry. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging and visually stunning content across multiple platforms, helping shape TelyRx’s brand identity. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure all designs align with our strategic objectives and resonate with our target audience. You’ll be working on both established platforms (Google, Microsoft, Meta, YouTube, MNTN, TikTok) and emerging platforms (Snapchat, Criteo, Pinterest, Post Pilot, LinkedIn), where you will have the opportunity to adapt your designs for each unique audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create multi-channel visual content: You will design assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, print materials, and ad creatives tailored for both established platforms like Google and YouTube, and emerging platforms like Snapchat and LinkedIn.
- Platform-specific design strategies: Develop content that maximizes engagement on each platform, including video content, infographics, and interactive visuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to maintain brand consistency and integrate visual strategies into larger marketing campaigns.
- Drive innovation: Stay ahead of design trends and implement cutting-edge design techniques that help TelyRx stand out in a crowded market.
- Support ad performance optimization: Create A/B variants for ad campaigns and assist in refining visuals based on performance data and market research.
- Video and photography production: Assist in the creation and editing of video and photography assets to support advertising and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of digital and print work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with experience in video editing software a plus.
- Knowledge of design best practices for both established (Google, YouTube, Microsoft, Meta) and emerging (Snapchat, Pinterest, Criteo) platforms.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
