Machine Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of machinery, ensuring quality control, and maintaining production standards. This role requires a strong understanding of machine operation, programming, and basic math skills to effectively produce high-quality products.

Duties

• Operate and monitor machinery including press brake machines, stamping presses, and milling machines.
• Perform setup and adjustments on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality control checks using tools such as calipers to verify dimensions and specifications.
• Program machinery as needed to meet production requirements and specifications.
• Package finished products according to company standards.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Experience

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Fanuc programming is a plus.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and techniques.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is advantageous.
• A commitment to safety protocols and procedures in the workplace.
