What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR - Customer Service Representative position at Temco Logistics?

Temco Logistics – where we have PRIDE in everything we do! We are THE Fastest-growing appliance delivery and installation company in the country and are seeking a well-versed Customer Service Rep to add to our Macon, GA Team.

The CSR will act as a liaison, provide product information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Our CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.

WE ARE HIRING IMMEDIATELY!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering heavy incoming calls and responding to customer’s concerns/questions
  • Identify and de-escalate issues with Department Manager
  • Provide information and service information to customers
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
  • Route calls to appropriate resources
  • Document/Data entry ofall call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Recognize, document, and alert the management of trends in customer calls
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Complete call logs and reports
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle thestressful situation appropriately
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
