In this influential position, HRBPs will travel across various locations to design and implement engaging employee team-building initiatives while expertly managing employee relations. As the touchpoint for employee relations and engagement, the HRBP must possess extensive knowledge of employment law and consistently comply with company and industry regulations.
**Travel Requirements:** The role demands an adventurous spirit, with 85% travel needed in a dedicated territory, spanning 2-3 weeks each month, including occasional weekends. Candidates will work from the nearest Temco facility one week per month.

**Responsibilities:**
- Facilitate weekly meetings with various business units to drive HR initiatives forward.
- Travel extensively throughout local and national locations to promote employee engagement.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to line management
. - Address and resolve intricate employee relations matters with thorough investigations and impartiality.
- Stay informed on legal standards related to daily employee management, mitigating legal risks, and ensuring compliance while coordinating with the legal department as necessary.
- Spearhead team-building activities, expertly coordinating all logistical elements and procurement of materials.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with management and employees to enhance morale and boost productivity and retention.
- Offer insights into business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Champion employee engagement programs that align with Temco’s organizational culture and objectives
.- Develop and promote effective employee relations strategies and retention initiatives that instill a culture of excellence.
- Serve as the Human Resources communications coordinator during the rollout of key programs and events.
- Undertake additional related tasks as assigned.

- Experience in the Logistics and Distribution industry is highly preferred.
- Availability for 80% nationwide travel to Temco facilities is a must.
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations and communicate with clarity.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. - Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.

Education and Experience:

- Broad knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and both federal and state employment laws.
