We are seeking a dedicated and Front Desk Member to join our bowling center team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in and check-out experience. We are looking for someone who is available to work part time/nights/weekends & weekdays. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage lane assignments, booking reservations, and handling walk-ins.
- Answer phone calls and provide information on pricing, promotions, and available services.
- Process payments and handle cash register transactions accurately.
- Assist with special events and parties, including group bookings and coordination.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns and resolve promptly.
- Promote special offers, leagues, and events to customers
