This role is responsible for overseeing lead management strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive sales growth. Essential Functions / Responsibilities : Develop and implement strategies to enhance online presence and increase lead generation. Manage lead source and cost. Analyze data, produce daily and weekly reports to senior leadership team on number of leads, sales, internet traffic, social media traffic and presence. Work closely with sales team to ensure efficient communication and coordination throughout the sales process. Effectively communicate with cross functional teams, potential customers. Conduct research on markets, products, competitors, and regulations to identify opportunities for growth. Education and Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, and or equivalent work experience. Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus. Experience managing staff to achieve goals. Proven experience working with social media software to generate an increase in social media and internet presence and sales. Proven experience working in a retail environment and lead management. Strong leadership, communication, technical computer, and analytical skills. Solid understanding of marketing principles, standards, and practices. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication skills to collaborate with sales team, cross-functional teams, and customers. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, files, and meet deadlines.
