Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to handle a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy- Manage office tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents-Place supply order for office staff- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Utilize computerized systems for various office tasks
- Assist Human Resources and other admins with day to day task
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office setting or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of phone systems and office management procedures
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Prior experience in customer support or receptionist roles is preferred
