We are seeking a dedicated and experienced attorney to join our client’s team, primarily to assist with serving our local government clients located in the Tampa Bay area. If you have 5 years of experience representing local governmental entities and a strong understanding of Florida laws, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal services to local government clients.
- Represent local governmental entities in various legal matters
- Advise on and interpret the Sunshine Law, Public Records Law, and other relevant legislation.
- Serve as the attorney for local government boards.
- 5 years of experience representing local governmental entities.
- Familiarity with the Sunshine Law, Public Records Law, and other pertinent legislation.
- Experience sitting as the attorney for local government boards.
- Florida Bar Board Certification in City, County, and Local Government Law is preferred.
