Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's goals.
- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to ensure financial stability.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to senior management.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the executive team.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Monitor and control expenditures to optimize resource allocation.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Oversee billing, collections, and revenue cycle processes to maximize cash flow.
- Implement best practices for revenue cycle management and reduce payment delays.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to streamline billing operations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.

- Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a healthcare organization.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of financial management and strategic planning.
