An Auburndale company is looking for a careful Forklift Operator to move packages and material around their facilities. This employee will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety.
This is an overnight, second shift position.
The ideal candidate is a responsible individual with great experience in driving forklifts. The goal will be to ensure that materials and products will always be in the right place to achieve maximum efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Unload and load products from to incoming vehicles and stack them in assigned places.
- Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
- Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs.
- Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
- Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facility.
- Proven experience as forklift operator.
- Forklift certification is preferred, but not required.
- Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.
